Nilotpal Bal comes as the Patna AIIMS’s new deputy director

According to a statement released by Gopal Krushna Pal, the executive director of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Patna, Nilotpal Bal began working there on Saturday as the deputy director of administration (DDA).

In New Delhi, at the Competition Commission of India (CCI), Bal served as the joint director-general. Following his nomination by the ministry of health and family welfare, he began a deputation at AIIMS Patna.

His appointment was announced by the government on April 18; he was hired on June 2. He took advantage of joining leave and came back on Saturday.

According to the announcement, his tenure will initially last three years and may be extended based on administrative needs.
