BIHAR

According to the BJP chairman in Bihar, Rahul Gandhi is like Bin Laden

Samrat Chaudhary, the head of the Bihar BJP, attacked Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar, and senior Congressman Rahul Gandhi directly and personally on Friday in the Araria area.

Speaking at a rally as part of the saffron party’s month-long public contact campaign, the leader likened Rahul Gandhi to the assassinated Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden and said that one cannot become prime minister of a nation by sporting a beard.

Rahul Gandhi is still, in my opinion, a 50-year-old kid in politics. If a 50-year-old is uninformed about politics, we are unable to intervene, he said.

What’s even more surprising is Chaudhary’s assertion that Priyanka Gandhi, his (Rahul’s) sister, is not prepared to run for office, which he said had given rise to a dispute between the two.

once Rahul Gandhi donned a lengthy beard during his “Bharat Jodi Yatra” and then cropped it once the Yatra was over, Chaudhary made his remark a few months later.

Such odd remarks against the heads of opposing parties have not only been made by Chaudhary. Rahul Gandhi was likened to Saddam Husain by Assam Chief Minister Hemant Biswa Sarma for sporting a beard over six months before. “If Rahul Gandhi sits close to Saddam, he resembles him,” he had observed.

Even Nitish Kumar, the governor of Bihar, won’t be spared by the BJP in Bihar. He made a comparison between CM Nitish’s mental condition and a character from the Bollywood movie “Gajani,” which stars Amir Khan.

He said, “On several occasions, his habit of forgetting things, even his own portfolio as the cabinet minister, has come to the fore. Nitish Kumar’s mental state resembled the character of Amir Khan in the movie Ghajini.”

He said, “His (Nitshi’s) dream of becoming PM is haunting me.”

He had launched vicious criticisms at Nitish Kumar, suggesting he ought to resign and do a “political sanyas” in his Nalanda village. In light of the recent collapse of the River Bridge in Ganga, he also questioned the validity of his engineering degree.

He stated, “Woh Bihar ke liye hanikarak hein,” paraphrasing a song from the Hindi hit “Dangal,” “He has become detrimental to Bihar.”

RJD national spokesperson and Rajya Sabha member Manoj Jha reacted angrily to Chaudhary’s statements against the two leaders, asking, “Crores of folks in the country maintain beard. Are all of them terrorists? By stating all these pointless things, he seeks attention.

Samrat Chaudhary has lost his mental equilibrium, according to Asitnath Tiwary, the Congress’ state spokesperson for Bihar. He said, “He should be treated in the best facility.”
