CEO Carl Pei has now announced that the Nothing Phone 2a, the company’s newest smartphone, would be made in India as the company gets ready to introduce it.

Pei confirmed details regarding the phone’s manufacturing site in India in response to a user’s question on X (previously Twitter) by only saying “yup.”

No Phone 2a: Publication Date

Nothing has already said that March 5 would be the formal debut of the Nothing Phone 2a in India. The anticipated pricing of the gadget is lower than that of the current flagship, the iPhone 2. Later today, the business is expected to provide further information on the gadget.

Nothing Phone 2a: Alleged Features

According to rumors, the gadget will have two cameras: a main 50MP camera and a secondary ultra-wide camera. It will also reportedly include a 6.7-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. There are two possible versions: 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB.

It’s unclear whether the phone will keep its Nothing glyph lighting interface in terms of design. This year, there had been rumors that the phone may stop supporting this function, but those allegations turned out to be untrue. However, it is still to be seen which course Nothing takes with its first “a” gadget.
