Early in May, Apple may release the new iPad Pro and iPad Air models

According to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, Apple is now anticipated to debut its new iPad Pro and iPad Air models in early May. The debut was originally scheduled for late March or early April, but it was postponed because of complicated manufacturing procedures and software upgrades for the iPad Pro models’ new OLED screens.

Gurman claims that the new gadgets’ manufacturing has been boosted by Apple’s suppliers, suggesting that the introduction is almost here.

Significant improvements are said to be included in the next iPad Pro versions, including powerful M3 CPUs, OLED panels, a smaller design, a revised back camera hump, and maybe MagSafe wireless charging. But the transition to OLED screens has been difficult, which has caused the debut to be delayed.
According to Display Supply Chain Consultants analyst Ross Young, LG and Samsung will split orders for the 11.1-inch iPad Pro, while Samsung will be the only provider of OLED screens for the 12.9-inch variant. It is anticipated that this supply chain diversification by Apple will guarantee a consistent supply of parts for the next generation of smartphones.

Additionally, Apple intends to launch two new iPad Air models, the first of which will be a bigger 12.9-inch device. These devices are said to include the M2 processor and a front camera that faces landscape, much like the future iPad Pro variants.

Apple is anticipated to unveil the new iPad Pro models along with a redesigned Magic Keyboard that sports an expanded trackpad, an enclosure made largely of aluminium, further design enhancements, and an Apple Pencil. These add-ons improve the user experience and go well with the new iPad series.
Apple is not anticipated to have an event for the new iPads, as Gurman said. Rather, a press release on the Apple Newsroom website will be used to unveil the devices, much as the 13- and 15-inch MacBook Air models with the M3 CPU were recently introduced.
