PureSoftware Tech will be acquired by Happiest Minds for $94 million
Happiest Minds Technologies plans to improve its domain skills in the banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences sectors by acquiring 100% of PureSoftware Technologies’ equity share capital for $94.5 million, or around Rs 779 crores.
With $43 million in sales for the fiscal year 2024, PureSoftware is a digital engineering and transformation services company with substantial domain experience. Happiest Minds said in a news release that the firm works with multinational corporations in a variety of targeted sectors, such as BFSI, healthcare and life sciences, retail and logistics, and gaming and entertainment.
