Stock Market News: Reliance Industries Stock Up 2%, Sensex Up 200 PTS, Nifty Above 22,050

The Sensex saw positive trading at 72692.60, up 222.30 points, while the Nifty50 index saw positive trading at 22,053.95, up 49.25 points, or 0.22 percent.

Before the stock market opened, GIFT Nifty futures were down 45.05 points, or 0.2 percent, at 22,043.5.

Reliance Industries’ stocks increased by more than 2 percent during the early morning trading session. RIL shares increased by 2.19 percent to trade at Rs 2,947 a share on the BSE. 9.37 a.m.

Wockhardt Stock: The business issued shares at an issue price of Rs 517 per share in order to raise Rs 480 crore via its QIP. Early morning trading saw a roughly 5% increase in Wockhardt’s shares.

Acephalous Tubes APL Stock Slips

Apollo Tubes APL Stock declines after the completion of its purchase of 53.57% of KML’s share capital and voting rights on March 26, 2024, which established it as a subsidiary.
CDSL: Following the expected withdrawal by Standard Chartered via a block agreement, CDSL’s shares fell by 5%.
At a floor price of Rs 1,672 per share, which represents a 6.5% discount to the most recent closing market price, Standard Chartered may sell its whole 7.18 percent holding in the business.
Pre-opening Stock Market

The Sensex was up 222.30 points, or 0.31 percent, at pre-opening of the stock market, while the Nifty50 index was up 49.25 points, or 0.22 percent, at 22,053.95.

The BSE Sensex ended the day on March 26th, down 361.64 points, and finished in the red zone at 72,470.30 points. The Nifty50 index finished at 22,030.20, down 66.55 points, or 0.3%.

The Bank Nifty index dropped 0.056% and finished in the negative zone on March 26 at 46,600.20. The Nifty Midcap100 and Smallcap100 had increases of 1.05% and 0.41%, respectively.
