WhatsApp Is Introducing A Tool To Manage Communities On The Business Version: Complete Information

A tool to observe and manage groups on the corporate version is apparently being rolled out by Meta’s widely used instant messaging service, WhatsApp.

“We provided details on the upcoming functionality that would enable users of the business app to explore and manage communities. Some beta testers may now experiment with full support for communities after downloading the most recent WhatsApp Business beta for Android 2.23.21.10 upgrade, which is accessible on the Google Play Store, according to WABetaInfo.

The rumor claims that select beta testers may get access to a new entry point inside the main overflow menu that would allow them to access the communities screen. The list of all communities that users have previously joined may be seen and managed in this area.

Although creating communities from the business version may not yet be viable, users do now have easier access to seeing and controlling them. According to the source, there is still a chance that this function may appear in a subsequent version.

According to WABetaInfo, certain beta testers who install the most recent version of WhatsApp beta for iOS can also get access to this functionality.

According to the research, enabling corporations to observe and manage communities is a big improvement. Businesses could already join communities by clicking on a community invite link, but this made it difficult to explore and find new groups since they couldn’t see a list of all the groups a community was home to.

Businesses now have the same capabilities as app users when it comes to browsing via community group conversations thanks to this new upgrade. Some beta testers who download the most recent version of WhatsApp Business for Android from the Google Play Store may use the functionality to browse and administer communities, and it will be made accessible to additional users over the next few days.
