The Sun US said that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are getting ready to move into their freshly remodeled Los Angeles property, which is estimated to be worth Rs 1600 crore. Recent overhead images show the property, which had driven the couple to leave due to mold concerns, looking refurbished. The couple had previously filed a lawsuit after being evicted from the property.
According to The Sun US’s most current aerial photos, the Hollywood Hills house where Priyanka and Nick—who have been married since 2018—live with their two-year-old daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas seems to be almost completed.
Priyanka and Nick had to leave their Los Angeles home due to a mold problem; this was reported in a February 2024 Page Six post. Soon after their opulent Rajasthani wedding in December 2018, the couple bought the house, only to discover that it was almost uninhabitable.
According to a claim by the site, water damage caused a mold infestation on Nick and Priyanka’s opulent Los Angeles property, sparking a court battle that has continued since May 2023. According to Page Six’s exclusive discovery from a lawsuit, the couple’s pool and spa began to have difficulties in April 2020 as a result of “porous waterproofing” flaws, which allowed mold to develop and cause other problems.
Approximately around the same time, as stated in their complaint, a water leak appeared in the deck’s BBQ area, impacting the area of the living area immediately below it. The pair stated that the problems in the residence made it almost uninhabitable and potentially hazardous to health.
The couple’s opulent Los Angeles home is reported to have nine bathrooms, seven bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a temperature-controlled wine room, an indoor basketball court, a bowling alley, a home theater, an entertainment lounge, a spa with a steam room, a fully furnished gym, and a billiards room.
Priyanka and Nick became the loving parents of Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, a gorgeous baby girl, in January 2022 after using a surrogate. Priyanka recently traveled to India with her daughter Malti and husband Nick.
