For director Muthaiya’s most recent film, master cinematographer M. Sukumarar plays a villain

Director Muthaiya, who is renowned for his films Komban, Marudhu, and Viruman, is about to give his son Vijay Muthaiya a platform. He is helming a movie that will be Vijay Muthaiya’s first, with Brigida Saga of Iravin Nizhal fame playing her opposite. The movie, a teenage drama, will take place in Madurai, which is a common setting for Muthaiya’s movies. Even though the movie’s pooja took place on March 27, shooting had already started before that. It has been reported that a considerable amount of the movie has already been filmed.

It was previously claimed that Bharath, a Tamil actor, had been cast as the movie’s antagonist. According to recent sources, the film, which does not yet have a title, would have two adversaries. Renowned cinematographer M. Sukumarar will portray the second antagonist. Remarkably, Sukumarar is also in charge of the movie’s cinematography. It will be M. Sukumarar’s acting debut if the rumor about him portraying the second villain is accurate. Sukumarar has choreographed scenes for movies such as Bhairava and Kumki in the past.

Arun Vijay was originally involved in the film’s planning alongside Muthiah, but the actor turned down the part. He then made approaches to both Gautham Karthik and Vikram Prabhu for the main part. After an interminable wait in receiving their call sheet, he concluded that the project would be the perfect platform for his son Vijay Muthaiya to make his debut.

A theater set has been built to film a crucial action scene, and the filmmakers want to finish the movie in one sitting. The soundtrack for the movie, which is being produced by Ramesh Pandian under KKR Cinemas, was written by Jen Martin. Muthaiya is anticipated to reveal the film’s title and trailer shortly. Although the film’s release date is yet unknown, there is conjecture that it will open in theaters around the second part of the year.
