In the Ramayana, animal actress Indira Krishnan would portray Ranbir Kapoor’s mother: Report
In the much awaited film Ramayana, well-known TV actress Indira Krishnan, who is now starring in the fantasy drama Dhruv Tara – Samay Sadi Se Pare, is scheduled to portray the character of Kausalaya. The Times of India said that the woman will be portrayed as Ranbir Kapoor’s on-screen mother. It’s interesting to note that Indira previously portrayed Rashmika Mandanna’s mother in Ranbir Kapoor’s last motion picture, Animal.
“The makers have cast veteran actress Indira Krishnan to play the role of Kausalya, who was the biological mother of Lord Rama,” a source close to the Ramayana crew told The Times of India. The action-thriller movie Animal, which starred Ranbir, was the actress’s most recent appearance. She portrayed Rashmika Mandanna’s mother in the film, and she gave the cast an excellent assessment. People admired her expertise and took note of her kind demeanor and acting. She was recommended for the job by Ranbir.
