Noida Police issues a 1,200-page chargesheet against Elvish Yadav and seven other people in the Snake Venom Case

The most recent update in the snake venom case is that YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav, along with seven other people, have been charged with 1,200 pages by Noida Police in a Surajpur court.

24 witnesses’ statements were also included in the charge sheet. Information on instances that have been reported nationwide, including in Noida and Gurugram, is being gathered by Noida Police. The chargesheet also has a result from a Jaipur lab verifying snake venom. Videos, phone logs, and other technological evidence pertaining to the snake poison case served as the foundation. The charge sheet contains evidence pertaining to the provisions of the NDPS Act that Elvish Yadav was subjected to.
Eight individuals, including five snake charmers, were taken into custody after a formal complaint against Elvish Yadav was filed in November of last year. Three others, including Elvish Yadav, were also taken into custody recently.

The People for Animals (PFA) NGO filed a complaint last year, prompting the Noida Police to raid a banquet venue in Sector 51 and arrest five individuals. In its First Information Report, the PFA identified Elvish and charged him with throwing rave parties whereby they attract international guests and set up deadly snakes.

Nine poisonous snakes were found during the raid, in case you were unaware. Removing a snake’s venom glands is against the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, and those found guilty face a seven-year prison sentence.

Renowned YouTuber Siddhartha Yadav, often known as Elvish Yadav, is from Gurugram. In addition to being the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, he is well-liked by young people and well-known for his music videos.
