On “Adipurush,” Sarva Brahmin Mahasabha said, “Changing dialogues won’t stop us”

Suresh Mishra, the national president of the Sarva Brahmin Mahasabha, has urged an immediate ban on the movie “Adipurush,” which stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan.

Mishra criticised the inadequate use of computer images for the movie’s key characters, alleging that “Adipurush” is part of a plot to demean “Hanuman ji” and other gods.

Mishra said that none of the speech in the movie had any foundation.

Manoj Muntashir recently said that the dialogue of the movie will be changed. Mishra responded, “Changing the lines would not halt our protest. The movie ought to be outlawed right now. Ramayana misrepresentation is intolerable.

“The movie presents a highly conflicting message to society. The mind is affected by films. Because of this, more care should be taken to ensure that films don’t interfere with religion or culture. The film’s mythical figures have poor acting and unimpressive appearances. The characters of Lord Rama, Hanuman, Sita, and Ravan are incorrectly portrayed in the movie. The movie is a slur on the Ramayana. According to Mishra, it’s like “playing with the faith of crores of Hindus.”

“The movie depicts gods and goddesses in a fictitious way, which is completely incorrect. This will not be accepted. Om Raut, the director of the movie, had received a notification from the Sarva Brahmin Mahasabha via the attorney Kamlesh Sharma a year before. Raut has previously said that the movie wouldn’t depict any wrongdoing. However, it has now come to light that the movie makes fun of every Ramayana character, he said.

Mishra urged the audience to boycott the movie and requested that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot immediately outlaw it.

According to Mishra, the court has also received an appeal in this regard.
