Television actress Krishna Mukherjee claims the producer of “Shubh Shagun” harassed her, saying, “They locked me in the makeup room.”

Actress Krishna Mukherjee, who gained popularity for her role in the hit TV series Yeh Hai Mohabaatein, accused producer Kundan Singh of Shubh Shagun’s production firm of harassment on her Instagram account on Friday. She also disclosed the true reason for her departure from the program and charged Shubh Shagun’s creators of failing to pay her dues. I had to write this even though my hands are still shaking.

This is the reason I am experiencing anxiety and depression. On social media, we keep our feelings under wraps and highlight our positive traits. However, this is the actual situation. My family asked me not to share because they are still afraid that you could be harmed by these individuals. However, why should I be afraid? “@kundan.singh.official, I need justice and this is my right,” she captioned the photo.

She posted a photo of herself with the words, “I never had the courage to speak my heart out but today I decided not to hold it back anymore,” scribbled over it. I’m going through a difficult moment, and the last 1.5 years haven’t been easy at all. In alone, I let out all of my tears and experienced anxiety and depression. It all began when I began filming Shubh Shagun, my last program for Dangal TV. I never should have made that choice in my life. Despite my distaste for it, I followed advice from others and signed the contract.

“I’ve been harassed by the production company and producer @kundan.singh.official so many times.” They even locked me in my makeup room once when I was sick, and I elected not to shoot since they were not paying me for my job. As I was getting ready for bed, they kept hammering on the door of my makeup room, acting like they were going to break it. For five months, they never approved my payments. And the sum is enormous. She said, “I’ve visited the dangal office and production house, but they never entertained me.”

She said in her post’s conclusion that she left the program because she felt uncomfortable on the sets. Also received dhamki on several occasions. The whole time, I felt afraid, damaged, and dangerous. I sense danger. I begged a lot of people for assistance, but I got none. There was nothing that anybody could do. I am asked all the time why I don’t perform shows. That’s the cause. What if the same thing occurs again? This worries me. Justice is what I need,” the actress wrote.

Many of her industry pals supported her shortly after her message went viral on social media. Actors that expressed their support in the comments section included Puja Banerjee, Simple Kaul, Shweta Gulati, and Pavitra Punia.
