This weekend’s South American OTT releases include Lal Salaam and Operation Valentine To Abraham Ozler on Hotstar, Netflix, and Prime Video

South Korean Films Out This Weekend on OTT: If you’re looking for a way to get away from the movie theater this weekend, check out the newest OTT releases. There are many of possibilities to binge-watch your favorite series and films. A selection of South Korean films and web series that are now launching on various platforms, including Zee5, SonyLiv, Aha, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Aha, are shown here. This weekend, a variety of fascinating stuff, including Abraham Ozler, Operation Valentine, and Lal Salaam, is ready to be discovered.

 

Prime Video’s Operation Valentine
‘Operation Valentine’ became live on Prime Video on March 21, 2024, three weeks after it was first shown in theaters. The movie didn’t even play in theaters for the full four weeks that Telugu movies are required to. Telugu and Tamil versions may be streamed on Prime Video India. But since the Hindi version of the movie had a theatrical release, it won’t be available on OTT services until eight weeks later. In this film, Varun Tej plays an Indian Air Force officer who explores the events leading up to the Pulwama incident and the Indian Air Force’s counteroffensive. With this film, Varun Tej makes his directorial debut in Bollywood as Shakti Pratap Singh Hada.

Netflix’s Lal Salaam
The Tamil sports drama film Lal Salaam (March 21) is written and directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth. The primary protagonist roles in the movie are portrayed by Vikranth and Vishnu Vishal, with Rajinikanth making a lengthy cameo appearance. A strong ensemble cast of Vignesh, Livingston, Senthil, Jeevitha, K. S. Ravikumar, and Thambi Ramaiah provides backing for them.

Adam Ozler (Hotstar + Disney)
The Malayalam thriller featuring Jayaram and Mammootty, directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas and written by Randheer Krishnan, went live on Disney+Hotstar on March 20. In the movie, Jayaram plays ACP Abraham Ozler, who looks into the killing of an IT worker and tries to catch a deadly serial killer. Significant parts are also played by Anaswara Rajan, Anoop Menon, Senthil Krishna, Jagadish, Saiju Kurup, Arya Salim, Arjun Ashokan, and Dileesh Pothan. Irshad M. Hassan and Midhun are the producers.

Prime Video: Marakkuma Nenjam
Raako Yoagandran is the writer and director of this romantic comedy drama set at a school. The movie opened in theaters on February 2, 2024. VJ Rakshan is the main actor in the group; Malina Atul, Munishkanth, Dheena Moorthi, and a few others play supporting parts. Alongside director Raako Yoagandran, Akshay Poola and Prasanth S. worked on extra dialogue and script. On March 20, streaming for it started.

TV Win – Sundaram Master (Telugu)
Divya Sripada plays the lead in this rookie Kalyan Santhosh-written and directed film. Under the banners of RT Teamworks and GoalDen Media, respectively, Ravi Teja and Sudheer Kumar Kurra are producing the movie. It showcases Sricharan Pakala’s musical prowess.

Bhaskar Narayana Bhoothaddam (Telugu) (Aha)
On March 22, the much awaited Telugu crime thriller finally made its internet premiere. featuring Raashi Singh and Shiva Kandukuri in the key parts. The film, which was written and directed by Purushotham Raaj, stars Devi Prasad, Arun Kumar, Varshini Soundararajan, Shafi, Surabhi Santosh, and Venkatesh Kakumanu in key parts.
