Ankur Warikoo, a contemporary self-help guru and entrepreneur, is a reliable source for motivational life tales. Warikoo was 32 years old when he received the diagnosis of avascular necrosis in 2012, which was causing the right hip bone to deteriorate. Warikoo describes his typical vegetarian diet and fitness routine, which consists of a combination of at-home workouts and tennis, in the video description box.
