UK-Asian Film Festival will show “Lord Curzon Ki Haveli”

The British premiere of Lord Curzon Ki Haveli, directed by Anshuman Jha and starring Rasika Dugal and Arjun Mathur, will take place on May 11 at the esteemed UK-Asian Film Festival 2024, housed at the historic Regent Cinema.

Anshuman expressed her excitement over the screening in a statement, saying, “Feels like a full circle.” The movie Lord Curzon Ki Haveli is about Asians in the United Kingdom. We filmed it four hours away from London in Yorkshire. And it seems fitting that the film’s nine-month festival run, which included stops at the UK-Asian Film Festival 2024, IFFM Australia, CSAFF North America, ISAFF Canada, Razor Reel Europe, and Wench & Red Lorry in India. Before its global premiere later this year, we are thrilled to present our movie to UK viewers as the closing night feature.

Arjun conveyed his joy as well. The film’s storyline struck me as absurd and strange right away. The fact that I was unable to fit into a certain genre is, I believe, what first drew me in. We are eager for the London British premiere,” he said.

Black comic thriller with Rasika Dugal, Arjun Mathur, Zoha Rahman, Paresh Pahuja, and Tanmay Dhanania. First Ray Films and Golden Ratio Films are the producers.
