Ajaz Khan, a Bigg Boss 7 competitor, sheds 17 kg in three months

Ajaz Khan was arrested by the NCB in connection with a narcotics case in 2021 and spent 26 months in prison before being released on bail in May 2023. He made a commitment to rebuild and start over at that point, putting his family, career, and physical well-being first. He returned to work on a web series while also working on his fitness and he lost seventeen kg in three months.

Randeep Hooda talks about his near-death experience while training for “Swatantrya Veer Savarkar.”
“I was able to lose all the excess weight with the assistance of my trainers and a strict diet plan,” Ajaz said. I follow a tight workout routine that includes aerobic exercises in the morning. I also eat a disciplined, high-protein diet, eating something healthy every two hours.
His general well-being has improved as a result of the transition. He says, “I feel happier and lighter. It’s a deliberate commitment to my health. I’m happy to be working again as a fitter avatar. I’ve wrapped up filming a music video and an online series.

One day seems like a year inside the jail, he stated in a prior interview with us, about a month after he was released from prison. Even before the jury returned its judgment, I was already presumed guilty. The Supreme Court ultimately granted me bail, but throughout my 26-month incarceration, I missed out on opportunities for employment and my son’s formative years.

He also mentioned starting an excellent job. He said, “It’s not just my story but that of 3,500 prisoners and their ordeal,” adding that he has written a book about his experiences within the jail. I’m going to start contacting studios shortly to develop it into a web series. The only requirement I have is that I have to portray myself. Real inmates who are on the outside should ideally be cast for such a production, as only they can accurately portray the trauma. I also want to go back to a decent job at work. In the South, I’ve collaborated with famous names. I’ll approach them about working, and I’m certain they’ll provide an offer.
