Final UPSC Civil Services Exam Results 2023 Announced; Aditya Srivastava Scores Highest

The final results of the Civil Services Exam (CSE) 2023 have been released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The exam’s best scorer was Aditya Srivastava, who was followed by Animesh Pradhan, who received the All Indian Rank 2 and Donuru Ananya Reddy, who received the rank 3.

1016 people in all have been suggested for appointments. 347 of these fall under the general category. In contrast, 303 are from OBC, 165 are from SC, 86 are from ST, and 115 are from EWS. There were 1143 open positions that the UPSC has announced. Furthermore, the commission said in its formal notice that the candidacies of 355 suggested candidates had been maintained provisionally.

The CSE 2023 toppers have received congratulations from PM Narendra Modi. “I extend my congratulations to everyone who passed the Civil Services Examination in 2023. Final Results of the UPSC Civil Services Exam for 2023: Where to Look?
Applicants who took the test may see their results at upsc.gov.in, the commission’s official website. Along with their roll numbers, the result includes the PDF file of the applicants who made it to the UPSC CSE 2023. The preliminary, mains, and personality test results for each applicant are added together to create the final merit list.

WHEN WERE THE UPSC CSE 2023 EXAMS CONDUCTED?
The UPSC CSE 2023 mains test was conducted in September 2023, after the preliminary exam on May 28, 2023. After passing the primary tests, applicants were invited to a personality test, which was held on January 2, 2024, and April 9, 2024. Those who passed the primary exam—up to 2846 candidates—were invited for interviews. There were 180 positions available for IAS, 200 for IPS, and 37 for IFS in the Civil Services Examination 2023. Fifteen days after the results announcement, the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2023 final scores will be made public.

UPSC CSE2023: CAN YOU REALLY REMEMBER LAST YEAR?
Ishita Kishore obtained an AIR 1 in the UPSC CSE 2022 examinations. Uma Harithi N and Garima Lohia took second and third place, respectively. Notably, in the UPSC CSE 2022, women took home the top four spots. Nine hundred thirty-three individuals passed the civil services test. Fourth place had been taken by Smriti Mishra.
