• Diced mangos, two

• Two fruit bananas

Regarding the garnish:

• Museli

Technique

30g of rolled oats

30 grams of cashews

20 grams of coconut flour

15g of jaggery or coconut sugar

Mango Puree, 70g

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

Technique
