Components

Gin: 15 milliliters

15 milliliters of vodka

15 mL of rum

15 milliliters of tequila

15 mL of dark rum

Mango Pulp from Ratnagiri: 60 mL

Lime Juice (10 milliliters)

10 mL of coconut syrup

Ten milliliters of sugar syrup

Ninety milliliters of soda

100 grams of ice

Technique:

Everything, save the soda and the old monk rum, should be shaken.

Pour through a strainer into an ice-filled Tikki glass.

Pour in the rum and pour soda on top.

Mango Crush/Raw Mango 60ML

Lime Juice (15 ml)

15 ML of sugar syrup

Technique

mixing every component in a blender.

Transfer it into a margarita glass and garnish with a raw mango slice.

Components:

60 milliliters of U’Luvka vodka

Two to three uncooked mangos

Five milliliters of lime juice

Mango Juice, 90ml

Two liters of water

Sweetener

Powdered red chilies

Dark Soluble Salt

Glass: Coupe or Martini glass

Technique:

Clean, rinse, and boil two liters of mango juice. After allowing them to cool, peel the mangoes, sieve the pulp, and add sugar to taste.

Allow the mango pulp and sugar combination to sit for an hour so the flavors may meld and then drain it again.

Garnish the glass with black salt and chili powder.

To a cocktail shaker, add 60ml U’Luvka vodka, 90ml mango juice, 15ml raw mango cordial, and 5ml lime juice. Shake well.

Pour into a coupe or martini glass after straining.

Add a raw mango slice and a rim of chili powder as garnish.

Components:

Patrón, 2 oz. Tequila Silver

One ounce of mango purée

Freshly squeezed lime juice, one ounce

½ sliced Thai chili (adjust for desired amount of spiciness)

¾ oz. Pure Syrup

Guidelines:

Mix the ingredients together:Put the tequila, simple syrup, lime juice, mango purée, and Thai chili slices in a shaker with ice. Give it a good 15 seconds of shaking.

Pour the contents into a margarita glass and garnish with a Tajín rim (if desired) for an additional smokey touch.
