This August, Mumbai’s KOKO will welcome Clap Dubai for a special bar takeover

Commencing its eight-year journey, KOKO is poised to have its first-ever bar partnership in India as part of its anniversary festivities with Clap Dubai, the restaurant included in the Michelin guide. It aims to excite the senses and reinvent the craft of mixology on August 25 and 26.

Lilian Sausset, the outstanding bar manager at Clap Dubai, is well-known for her inventive and unique cocktails. She is going to wow Mumbai guests with her exceptional mixological prowess. A variety of Clap Dubai’s trademark cocktails, each a masterwork created with care and imagination, will be featured at the bar partnership.

Cocktails such as the Shibuya Shakedown, a spellbinding concoction of Patron Silver, coriander, agave, yuzu, lemon juice, togarashi salt, and sansho pepper, are sure to captivate guests. Bombay Sapphire Gin, lime, sesame, orgeat, yuzu-shu, umeshu, and clarified almond milk come together harmoniously in The Legend of Wako. An explosion of flavors is promised by the Hurano, a superb blend of wakamomo peach, Campari, rooibos red fruit martini rubino, and Dewar’s 12-year-old whisky. The TOKASHI-GAWA will captivate guests with its bold blend of Patron Reposado tequila, Mezcal, truffle, Lapsang Souchong, Oabika, jasmine, and a splash of Pimento Dram.

Lilian will provide two unique creations in addition to her amazing trademark drinks. Even the pickiest palates will be delighted by The Holy Smoke, a seductive concoction of Bacardi Ocho Rum, maple syrup, yakitori and cajun spice, salty plum solution, and bitters. A trip of flavor and texture not to be forgotten is the fascinating Kawai Club, which combines Grey Goose Vodka, amarena cherry, verjus, yukari juice, and egg white.
