Trainer reveals Ranbir Kapoor’s training regimen for Ramayana; take note!

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor is scheduled to star as Lord Ram in the Hindu classic “Ramayana,” directed by Nitesh Tiwari. Prior to the film’s filming, he was seen working out hard in the countryside. His fitness instructor had shared a little glimpse of his training on social media. Instagram users have shared a video of Ranbir Kapoor running with his trainer, lifting weights, swimming, cycling, and climbing in the beautiful natural environs.

Running and cycling to get a toned body
Running and cycling are excellent exercises for toning the legs and lower body. Both of these exercises focus on the hamstrings and quadriceps, two muscles that are essential for running and cycling.
