A deceased Odisha lady was discovered in a parked automobile in Lucknow

According to police, a 27-year-old Odisha woman’s corpse was discovered in the back seat of a vehicle in Vrindavan Colony, Lucknow.

Additionally, the police found two phones, and after unlocking one, they discovered that the woman was a Bhubaneswar resident.

 

She was in Lucknow looking for work, according to her family members, who informed police they had lost contact with her, according to Assistant Commissioner of Police for Cantonment Abhinav Kumar.

 

He said that he believed the arrival of her parents on Friday would aid in the case’s investigation.

 

According to accounts, the sedan’s back door was thrown open when it was discovered parked in the bushes next to an overhead water tank in sector 19 of Vrindavan Colony near the PGI police station.

 

When nearby cricket players approached the vehicle to retrieve their ball, they saw the corpse with foam seeping from its lips.

 

Later, a police team arrived for the inquiry with forensic specialists.

 

No exterior injuries were found on the deceased, and her clothing were untouched, according to the DCP for the East Zone, Syed Abbas Ali.

 

The corpse, he said, had been taken to the morgue.

 

The police were able to identify the car’s owner, according to the ADCP, although his mobile device was still turned off.

 

Two teams have been established to investigate the matter and determine the woman’s demise, he added.

 

‘Drug overdose’ was cited as the cause of death by the FSL squad, according to police sources.

 

According to reports, a Kanpur guy who was with the girl had vanished. His cell phone and papers were discovered in the car.
