Assure distant regions of Aadhaar updates: Kinnaur DC to authorities

Kinnaur DC Dr. Amit Kumar Sharma has directed all enrollment agencies to maintain the kits and tablets operational so that residents in Kinnaur district’s remote villages may use the Aadhaar enrolment service at the closest center.

As the district committee’s meeting leader, he gave the Deputy Director of Education and the District Manager of the Common Service Center (CSC) instructions to make sure that camps are set up in schools for pupils who have turned five and fifteen years old to update their biometrics. It is the responsibility of the Indian Post Payment Bank Enrollment Agency to finish the certification registration procedure for its authorized officials.

The District Manager of CSC received instructions to prioritize the enrollment of children who turn five years old in Aadhaar and to establish Aadhaar identity while obtaining a birth certificate or administering vaccinations to youngsters. He was instructed to provide patwaris guidance on how to dispose of Aadhaar packages for those who are older than 18.

According to UIDAI Project Manager Vijay Singh, the government is placing a strong emphasis on updating documents. According to him, citizens would need to renew their identification and address verification papers if they hadn’t updated their Aadhaar cards in the previous ten years.
