Chandigarh: Out of 100, a Congress politician joins the BJP

One hundred young people joined the BJP today, including Congress leader Dr Jitendra Singh Mann, in yet another positive development for the party.

According to Jatinder Pal Malhotra, head of the BJP Chandigarh chapter, representatives of other political parties were keen to join the BJP today as a consequence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s policies and assurances. He was giving a speech at the Kamalam party office during a joining program.

About 100 young people, including BJP candidates Sanjay Tandon and state general secretaries Hukam Chand and Amit Jindal, as well as Sukhjit Singh, Gurmeet Singh, Saheb Singh, Sunny Rajput, Raki, Nishchay, Sonu, Karna, and Ajay, joined the party.

Tandon urged the younger generation to support the BJP’s policies going forward, participate in election campaigns, and educate the public about Modi’s development initiatives and programs.

Celebrated on Ayushman Day

Families who have benefited from health coverage under the federal government’s Ayushman program attended Kamalam’s Ayushman Day festivities today.

They spoke about the program that prevented them from having to pay healthcare bills totaling lakhs of rupees. Tandon added that today marked the beginning of Ayushman Bharat.
