Choose between growth and destruction: Chandrababu Naidu urges people

On Wednesday, the leaders of the three NDA alliance partners—Pawan Kalyan of the JSP, N Chandrababu Naidu of the TDP, and Daggubati Purandeswari of the BJP—came together for the first time to speak to a public gathering in the West Godavari district.

This is the first time that the three leaders have advocated for the tripartite alliance in the State, despite the fact that Purandeswari shared a dais with the other two leaders when Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke at a public gathering in Chilakaluripet last month.

Purandeswari accompanied Naidu and Pawan Kalyan at the Nidadavole gathering as they were giving speeches to the people at Tanuku as part of Praja Galam.

Purandeswari is running for parliament from the former undivided East Godavari district, and the Nidadavole Assembly segment is part of that seat.

Speaking at the event, Naidu urged the populace to free the State from Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s destructive reign. “The people must choose between a destructive and development-focused administration,” he said, alleging that Jagan is the only one to have succeeded in the State during the last five years. ~

“The agenda is the same, but the three party flags may differ.”

He posed the question, “Do the youth want jobs or ganja and drugs?” and made a call to the populace to help the State grow with the help of the Center, where the NDA is poised to achieve a hat-trick. He explained to the populace that the three NDA partners had a single goal that was centered on growth, welfare, and the preservation of democratic ideals.

Naidu reaffirmed his promise to raise the volunteers’ honoraria to Rs 10,000 per month and promised to teach them how to make Rs 1 lakh per month as well as provide guidance.

Declaring that Varahi, the JSP chairman Pawan Kalyan’s campaign vehicle, has partnered with Praja Galam across the State, Naidu expressed his belief that the fire that the people are starting would destroy the YSRC’s ugly ego. “Pawan Kalyan’s influence enhanced my experience, and the TDP, JSP, and BJP united to support the growth of the State. The three parties have different flags, but they all have the same goals—development, welfare, and preserving democracy—in mind, the speaker said.

He reiterated that the three parties are working together on a single platform to rescue the State from Jagan’s grasp, recalling how they had teamed up in 2014 to prevent the State from experiencing bifurcation blues.

Declaring that he and the leader of the JSP had given up all for the coalition to win, Naidu called Pawan Kalyan a true hero who is defending the interests of the people. He said that the TDP and JSP leaders’ signatures were being falsified and accused the YSRC of doing everything possible to sow division between the parties via fictitious social media postings. He pleaded with people not to believe the false posts they see on social media.

Purandeswari, speaking at the event, said that the State needs transformation. “The coalition ought to win the presidency. The State’s destiny can only be altered by the might of Pawan Kalyan, the skill of Naidu, and the spirit of Narendra Modi, the speaker said.

Andhra Pradesh, according to the state head of the BJP, used to be a state that was known for progress, but it has since become a state without a capital.

Speaking at the event, Pawan Kalyan said that the State needs Naidu’s expertise and that he had sacrificed both the Tanuku and his older brother Nagababu’s seats in order to move the tripartite coalition ahead for the sake of the people of the State.

He accused the leaders of the YSRC of robbing money from the State and establishing enterprises in other States, claiming that Minister and Tanuku MLA Karumuri Nageswara Rao had done so in Hyderabad.

He claimed that the government has not granted travel allowances, daily allowances, or surrender leaves to any staff, not even police officers, and that the YSRC has not sent out any employment notices in the last five years.
