Every “Rao” will go to prison: Minister Komatireddy of Telangana

According to Minister of Roads and Buildings Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, it seems that all of the “Raos,” from KT Rama Rao to former SIB leader T Prabhakar Rao, would go to prison in connection with the phone-tapping scandal or another case.

“I don’t know how many double-bedroom houses should be constructed within the jail premises,” he remarked during a news conference.

He said that G Jagadish Reddy, a former minister from Nalgonda, will also go to prison for giving BHEL a contract worth hundreds of crores based just on a nomination. He said, “BRS leaders are angry because MLC K Kavitha was jailed and they are speaking out against the state government, which the people elected.”

He made fun of Kavitha, the daughter of BRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao, for requesting bail in order to run for office in the Lok Sabha. “The mastermind behind the booze fraud was Kavitha. How is she going to run for office? Will anybody support a party that poses as Bathukamma and sells alcohol bottles? They are unable to secure even one seat. The BRS would disappear three months after the Lok Sabha elections, said Venkat Reddy.

Venkat Reddy dared them to double their conspiracies, saying that if the BRS hatched any, the state would discover them. He warned that if the BRS leaders plot any plots, Congress employees would go after them. He said that if the Congress decided to add BRS MLAs, not even nine MLAs would remain in the pink party.
