Fooled out of Rs 70,000

Gurugram: Under the guise of debt settlement, a guy is said to have been conned out of Rs 70,000. On Monday, a First Information Report was filed at the South Cybercrime Police Station. Bhondsi resident Sunil Kumar Raghav filed a complaint alleging that he borrowed Rs 5 lakh from Bajaj Finance and was paying it back over time. He looked up the company’s customer service number recently in an attempt to pay off his debt. “I called the provided number and received a second number from a higher-ranking official,” he said. I received an email requesting a payment of Rs. 70,401 in order to discharge the debt. After I made the deposit, I received calls asking me to make more deposits. I then went up to the cops.

Gurugram: On Monday evening at about 7:00 p.m., a speeding automobile struck an Ola scooter pillion rider, resulting in her death and the driver’s injuries. The incident happened near the AVL Society. The driver of the automobile was charged with FIR, and he left the scene. Tanushree, a 29-year-old driver from Dehradun, was named as the dead, while Satyendra Singh was named as the wounded driver. She worked for an IT company and resided in Sector 36’s AVL Society. Critical injuries befell both Tanushree and the scooter driver who reported the incident to the authorities. Tanushree was pronounced dead at the hospital after the cops hurried them there.
