Held with fifteen grams of heroin
The Shahkot police detained two individuals and found five grams of heroin on them. At the Gidderpindi Toll Plaza, the two were taken into custody at a naka. They were recognized as Kirtowal Khurd, Harike, Tarn Taran, locals Pargat Singh, also known as Paggu, and Jaskaran Singh, also known as Ammu.
The two were the subject of a complaint filed at the Lohian police station. The police claimed that more research was being done.
A lady was detained by the Bhogpur police in another incident close to Gate Nizamudinpur. The lady was seen by the cops holding a little handbag. She dumped her pocketbook on the grass next to the gate’s pillar upon sighting the cops. The cops pulled over and started questioning the lady.
She identified herself as Jagir Kaur, a Kapurthala native of Lakkhan village. Ten grams of heroin were discovered in the woman’s handbag when the police searched it. The lady was the subject of a complaint filed at the Bhogpur police station.
