Nayab Singh Saini, the chief minister of Haryana, wants votes on Modi’s success

Nayab Singh Saini, the state BJP president and chief minister, said today that the Modi government’s success over the last ten years has created a wave that would guarantee the BJP-led NDA government’s return to power for a third time.

Speaking at a public gathering in support of party candidate Krishan Pal Gurjar today in this city, Saini said that one of PM Modi’s biggest accomplishments, after 500 years, has been the opening of the Ram temple at Ayodhya. He claimed that PM Modi has made unmatched efforts to preserve the nation’s culture and traditions. “We are pleased with our culture now because the customs that were lost during the earlier regimes have come back,” he said, citing the restoration and revitalization of the Kashi Vishwanath and Somnath temples as further examples.

He said that the Modi administration had assured rapid advancement at the national and international levels not before seen, while the BJP government had looked out for the interests of the general public. He said that the party was certain that PM Modi would return with more than 400 seats in parliament, which would guarantee that the nation rapidly rises to the third rank in the world’s economies and attains developed nation status.

He accused the Congress party of committing injustices against people during the last 55 years, citing the extreme discrimination against women and their lack of opportunities for advancement and sufficient representation as examples.
