Officers conduct a flag march in Phagwara

In an effort to boost public confidence ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, DSP Jaspreet Singh’s police department conducted a flag march through Phagwara on Friday.

The government was conducting flag marches with security personnel in several regions, according to Superintendent of Police Rupinder Kaur Bhatti and Assistant Returning Officer-cum-SDM Jashanjit Singh.

The government has a responsibility to keep the calm during the Lok Sabha elections, according to the SDM and DSP. The district’s tranquility would not be disturbed by antisocial characters.
