Rider pays dearly for bullet geri, fined Rs 32K for silencer blast

Due to modified silencers, the owner of a Bullet motorbike that was making cracker-like noises was fined Rs 32,000 by the traffic authorities.

The motorbike has also been detained by a group of traffic police, under the command of Rampal Sharma, SHO, Traffic Police Station, Yamunanagar.

Sharma said that on Wednesday, when he was leaving Maharana Pratap Chowk, a young person from Govindpuri side approached him on a Bullet motorbike.

He said that other drivers were becoming scared as a result of his constant production of silencer blasts.

“We mounted a motorcycle and began after him. He attempted to flee by going via little streets, but he was apprehended close to Panchayat Bhawan. He was also seen on camera delivering silencer blasts, according to Sharma.

He continued by saying that after giving the rider a challan, the aforementioned motorbike was seized. According to him, three additional Bullet motorbike riders received challans for creating silencer explosions on Wednesday. “It is illegal to produce silencer blasts in traffic.” It instills terror in the minds of fellow passengers. He stated, “We’ll keep checking Bullet motorcycles and other vehicles.” He said that they had received instructions from SP Ganga Ram Punia to take firm action against anyone who break traffic laws.
