Sanjay Tandon, the BJP candidate, gains momentum with the backing of forty sports groups

Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, the city BJP received a boost when representatives of forty sports groups declared their support for the party’s candidate, Sanjay Tandon.

The announcement was made at the party office in Sector 33, Kamalam, at an event featuring sports celebrities. On this particular occasion, Jitender Pal Malhotra, the president of the city BJP, inquired about the issues and requirements in the community from young people involved in sports, sports trainers, etc.

Malhotra received assurances from representatives of sports organizations that they would back the BJP candidate “because Prime Minister Narendra Modi, through his sports policy, encouraged international level players and sports during the 10 years of his tenure.”

According to Malhotra, sports were at their peak during the Prime Minister’s ten-year tenure. His goal was to turn his country into a global force in athletics and to usher in a new era of social empowerment via athletics. According to the head of the city BJP, Modi intended for sports to be taught as a topic in the National Education Policy.
