The expert team resumed their work for a fifth day after the court granted Archaeological study of India (ASI) till September 2 to present its report on the Gyanvapi scientific study.

On Tuesday morning, it was visible that members of the ASI team were observing Gyanvapi from atop its domes. The group is also working in Vyas ji’s basement.

Subhash Chaturvedi, a member of the team and a lawyer for the Hindu side, said, “ASI is working in his own manner and assessing the whole campus. Today, the survey is being conducted in Vyas ji’s basement. Whenever necessary, they will employ machive. Facts are being gathered, after which the ASI will write the report.

Hindu side’s attorney Vishnu Jain said, “The survey work is being completed in accordance with the four-week deadline set by the court. By September 2nd, ASI will submit its report.
