Before the Grand Prix of India, former MotoGP rider Loris Capirossi praises BIC for the “pleasant layout of the track”

Former top-ranked MotoGP rider Loris Capirossi praised the Buddh International Circuit’s racetrack and named his favorite drivers to win the first IndianOil Grand Prix of India, which will be held from September 22 to 24.

The FIM World Championship Grand Prix (MotoGP) has been organized by Dorna Sports since 1991, and Dorna Sports has the exclusive commercial and broadcast rights globally. Loris Capirossi is Dorna Sports’ safety advisor.

He rode at the Buddh International Circuit and expressed his satisfaction with the track’s design, saying it would be intriguing to see who would prevail among the world’s top MotoGPTM riders.

“Everything seems to be moving nicely, and I am extremely happy with the track’s layout. It would be fascinating to observe how each of the riders race here because of the quick bends and fantastic breaking places, said Capirossi.

The IndianOil Grand Prix of India, organized by FairStreet Sports in association with Dorna Sports, would span three days and feature 82 riders from 41 teams competing for top honors in MotoGPTM, Moto 2 and Moto 3. Additionally, Capirossi stated his picks for the IndianOil Grand Prix of India victory.

He said, “The level of MotoGP is really high right now because every rider is so close, but his pick for the Indian Grand Prix includes Marco Bezzecchi and Jorge Martin are also great riders and can win the race, while the rider with the fastest MotoGP bike, Brad Binder, is also a contender for the victory. Just following the rules of the game will get you the win. It will be intriguing to watch who prevails. Francesco Bagnaia is another competitor who has a chance to win the race, but he is not fully recovered from the collision in Barcelona.

Considering that Capirossi seemed to be somewhat comfortable with the track’s condition during the test drive, the outcome of these races will also be influenced by its parabolic geometry. The turns from four to seven, as well as the parabola, are particularly lovely, he said. I am quite happy that the motorcyclists will be visiting India for the first time.

The IndianOil Grand Prix of India’s heart-pounding action will be shown exclusively on Sports18 and streamed live on JioCinema in India. On BookMyShow, fans may get tickets for the thrilling event.
