The 28-year-old lady said in her article that she and her spouse were just married and that, as part of their payment plan, he had given her a two-carat lab diamond ring valued at $8000 (about Rs 6 lakh). They may finish the payment in a few months, thanks to the payment plan. She continued by saying that she quickly discovered her spouse had been purchasing the ring using funds from their joint account. The lady said that ever since then, the pair have been fighting about it. He believes that a ring is a wedding expenditure; therefore, it’s only right that I pay for it too.
