Chants of “Sachin, Sachin” recur: On a flight, passengers welcome Tendulkar

The cry “Sachin, Sachin!” has been associated with cricket in India for the last thirty years, signifying the great regard Indian cricket fans have for the great player Sachin Tendulkar. Sachin Tendulkar, who made his Indian debut in 1989 at the youthful age of 16, has grown to become one of the game’s most respected stars. The cricket maestro’s admirers haven’t stopped showing their love and devotion for him since he retired in 2013.

A similar occurrence happened recently when a video of supporters screaming Sachin’s name aboard a flight went viral on social media. In a touching gesture of compassion, other passengers on a recent flight expressed their appreciation and enthusiasm for cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar by chanting “Sachin, Sachin!” This heartwarming scene highlights the continued love and respect that people have for Tendulkar, even years after he departed from international cricket. It brings to mind the many times supporters have sung his name in stadiums.

When Sachin Tendulkar recently made his first trip to Kashmir, he seemed to be in awe of the area’s natural splendor. Along with his wife Anjali and daughter Sara, Tendulkar also visited a bat manufacturing facility in Charsoo, on the Srinagar-Jammu route, and spoke with the employees. On his Instagram account, Tendulkar posted a video of the family vacation and said that the northernmost part of India is “closest to heaven on earth.”

“A car pulled up to our fence as we were busy creating bats. “We were delighted to discover the Little Master and his family,” MJ Sports owner Mohammad Shaheen Parray said to the news agency PTI. “He was really happy with the quality after stroking a couple bats. Tendulkar said he had gone to make a comparison between English willow and Kashmir willow bats. We asked him to speak out for the native bats,” Parray said, adding that the great batsman had pledged to back the Kashmir willow bats.

Sachin Tendulkar is still the most prolific run scorer in cricket history and is widely regarded as one of the best hitters of all time. He amassed a remarkable 34,327 runs in 664 matches throughout the course of his illustrious career, which included 200 Tests, 463 ODIs, and one T20I. In the annals of international cricket, Tendulkar is the only batter to reach a century of hundreds. He scored 51 runs in the Tests, and 49 hundreds in the ODIs.
