3 detained for kidnapping, beating, and making the guy drink urinal fluid in UP

BAREILLY: It is said that a 21-year-old guy was abducted in a vehicle, held captive in a room, and made to drink urine. The event, which happened on March 31 in Agwanpur in Moradabad Civil Lines, came to light when a video went viral on social media.

Eight identified and two unidentified individuals were the targets of a formal complaint filed under Section 66 of the IT Act at Civil Lines in conjunction with IPC Sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 365 (abduction with intent to cause to be secretly or wrongfully confined), and 34 (acts committed by several persons in furtherance of common intention).
“The case is being investigated, and the remaining accused will be apprehended shortly,” he said. The victim’s mistreatment of their daughter and harassment by the accused, according to the accused, caused them pain.
According to the victim’s father, his kid endured torture for about nine hours. The victim is seen wearing a garland of shoes in a video clip.
After that, a few of the accused bring him into a bathroom, where a lady forces him to drink pee out of a plastic container. On their mother’s orders, two ladies were seen assaulting the guy in a different video.
