In Deoria, UP, an LPG cylinder blast kills a woman and her three children

Uttar Pradesh News: On Saturday morning, a woman and her three children perished in a terrible event involving an LPG cylinder burst in a hamlet located in the Deoria region of Uttar Pradesh.

A lady and her three children were killed when an LPG cylinder burst at a home in the Deoria district’s Dumri hamlet. They said that the explosion was so loud that it alerted everyone in the vicinity to the catastrophe and prompted them to contact the police.

The police report states that the unfortunate occurrence happened at about 4 am in Dumri village, which is within the jurisdiction of Bhaluani police station. The lady, named Aarti Devi, was making morning tea for her family.

The gas cylinder burst while the dead woman’s husband, Shivshankar Gupta, was preparing to leave the home and make tea, according to the police.

In addition to Aarti Devi (42), the couple’s son Kundan (12) and daughters Aanchal (14) and Srishti (11) all perished in the event, they said.

Following the event, senior authorities came into the hamlet, and the remains were transported for a post-mortem, according to the police. Teams from the fire and forensic departments are also there.
