According to the chief minister, Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh has enormous potential in a number of fields, including infrastructure, transportation (including roads, trains, and metro), aviation, waterways, logistics, and sports.

Adityanath advised businesses to invest in the state since it also has a sizable population of young people to continue their investments while speaking at a business conference with representatives of different firms taking part in the MotoGP India being hosted at Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida.

The chief minister said, “Uttar Pradesh is advancing as a top location for foreign investment in the nation. In order to take advantage of the opportunities in Uttar Pradesh, I’m inviting all the players, organizers, and other dignitaries from this industry today. The state is not just a significant market for sporting events like the MotoGP, but it also has a sizable young population.

The Uttar Pradesh government would provide all kind of protection and amenities to investors, he further told the company executives.

Adityanath hailed the MotoGP’s staging in Uttar Pradesh as a positive development, noting that the state is not only India’s most populous but also its youngest, with 56% of the total population being of working age. It also has one of the nation’s fastest-growing economies.

According to him, both the federal government and state governments are putting a lot of emphasis on the sports industry since it has so much potential. We are doing all we can to arrange these events as we work to boost Uttar Pradesh’s sports industry. It is encouraging to see that more than a thousand tickets have already been sold for MotoGP 2023.

According to Adityanath, the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight routes, two of India’s most significant freight routes, converge in the same sector as the MotoGP event. Adityanath also emphasized the state’s other major initiatives, such as the building of Noida’s international airport, the expansion of its inland waterways, the Atal Industrial Infrastructure, and the PM Gatishakti National Master Plan, in which UP is a key participant.

The CM also spoke about his administration’s initiatives to reestablish law and order and foster security in the state.

Adityanath referenced the elite cricket stadium that the prime minister opened on Saturday in reference to the government’s initiatives to promote sports and athletes in the state. With the assistance of the Center, he said, the state will build stadiums in each district as well as smaller stadiums at the block level. In every gram panchayat, he said, open gyms would be built and enlarged along with playgrounds.
