HCLTech and ServiceNow join to provide GenAI-driven solutions

In order to provide innovative generative AI (GenAI)-led solutions, HCLTech said on Thursday that it has partnered with ServiceNow, a provider of digital workflow solutions. The products will make it easier for businesses to swiftly and effectively use ServiceNow’s GenAI capabilities across the whole organization.

The “Fluid NOW” centers of excellence in London, New York, and Noida, as well as a ServiceNow business unit, will be introduced by HCLTech and ServiceNow to allow businesses to investigate the most recent GenAI technologies that may hasten their digital transformation processes.
