India’s First Aston Martin DB12 Sportscar Is Added to Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal’s Exotic Collection

September 2023 saw the introduction of the ground-breaking GT vehicle, the DB12, in India by British supercar maker Aston Martin.

Deepinder Goyal, the CEO of Zomato, is the owner of the supercar, which retailed for Rs 4.59 crore (ex-showroom) a few months after it was introduced. He became the nation’s first and proud owner of the magnificent beast on wheels.

The Instagram account “Automobili Ardent India” posted images of Deepinder Goyal’s recently acquired Aston Martin DB12 supercar. “The very first Aston Martin DB12 in the country!” read the caption for the photo. This stunning vehicle is painted in Satin Aston Martin Racing Green and is delivered by Aston Martin New Delhi. This is very stunning in the sun.

The Zomato CEO reportedly selected an Aston Martin Racing Green Satin, which provides the car with a very elegant and streamlined look (see the aforementioned article). Large 21-inch alloy wheels with a diamond-cut finish complement this subdued green color.

The Aston Martin DB12’s engine is derived from Mercedes-Benz, according to CarToq. Its potent 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine produces around 800 Nm of torque and 680 horsepower. It is mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox.

The highly acclaimed Aston Martin DB11 GT supercar has a successor in the form of the recently released Aston Martin DB12. The business claims that the new DB12, with its considerably sharper-looking body and its new huge front grille, is eighty percent brand new.

The inside of the new DB12, which is entirely different from that of the DB11, is its primary feature. It receives a completely new, elegant, and contemporary design with dual-tone leather upholstery. The beast on wheels’ primary distinguishing feature is a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The car also has a new center console with several tactile buttons. To make the automobile stand out, it also has a computerized instrument gauge cluster.

A new pair of revised headlights with a three-piece DRL arrangement are also included on the new DB12. In addition, the vehicle’s front bumper has been altered to give it an aggressive appearance. Still, the DB12’s general layout and profile are similar to the Aston Martin DB11.

In terms of speed, the DB12 can accelerate from zero to one hundred kilometers per hour in an astounding 3.5 seconds. It also boasts an electronic rear differential and adjustable dampers, according to the manufacturer. The company’s primary goal with the new DB12 is comfort and highway and canyon touring.

Deepinder Goyal, the CEO of Zomato, has an incredible collection of high-end vehicles in his garage, which includes the recently acquired Aston Martin DB12 supercar. Porsche 911 Turbo S, Ferrari Roma, Lamborghini Urus, and Porsche 911 Carrera S are among the vehicles in his collection.
