Chargesheet in Snake Venom Rave case issued against YouTuber Elvish Yadav and 8 others

In the snake venom-rave party case, the Noida Police have filed a chargesheet against YouTuber Elvish Yadav and eight other people. There is evidence of exotic snake smuggling and rave parties in the 1,200-page charge sheet.

On March 17, Elvish Yadav was taken into custody on charges of distributing snake venom during a rumoured rave party in Noida. After that, he was taken to court and given a 14-day sentence to be held in judicial custody.

Sections of the Indian Penal Code, the Wildlife Protection Act, and the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act were used to accuse the YouTuber.
Six people were named in a First Information Report (FIR) that was turned in at Noida’s Sector 49 Police Station on November 3, 2017, including Elvish Yadav.
As per the latest chargesheet submitted by Noida Police, Elvish Yadav had correspondence with the individuals who enchant snakes. It also explains why the NDPS was used in that particular case.

Social media users are presently talking about Elvish Yadav because of a supposed feud with Manisha Rani. They both participated in Bigg Boss OTT 2 and received praise for their partnership. But Manisha Rani just stopped following Elvish Yadav on Twitter. A video that she made thereafter explained the circumstances. She further said that Elvish Yadav gave him and Akshay Kumar a cover shot when they collaborated on a project. She unfollowed Elvish Yadav when he refused to alter the cover picture, despite her repeated requests.
Recently, Elvish Yadav posted a vlog in which he spoke about his disagreement with Manisha Rani. He clarified that these were all minor issues. He said he was nervous about a cover photo and that he was going through a tough moment. Unexpectedly, supporters of Elvish Yadav have united to provide their support for him.
