Director of “Crew,” Rajesh A. Krishnan, praises the friendship between Tabu, Kriti Sanon, and Kareena Kapoor Khan
This Friday, the much-awaited movie “Crew,” starring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Kriti Sanon with Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma, will be released in theatres. In the midst of the excitement around the all-star cast, director Rajesh A. Krishnan revealed details about the friendships amongst the starring females.
Krishnan refuted any ideas of ego conflicts in an interview with News18 Showsha, emphasising the easygoing relationship between Tabu, Kareena, and Kriti on set.
Even though ego fights between many stars are often seen in multi-star films, Krishnan said that the environment on “Crew” was lively and peaceful. Even if there have been any altercations, he said, he’s just not aware of them.
The filmmaker jokingly referred to the actresses as “children” engrossed in their companionship as he laughedly recounted situations in which he had to step in to stop the conversation between the women. He complimented the three for their professionalism and regard for one another, both of which enhanced the productive work atmosphere in the movie.
He also spoke on how the three different acting philosophies of the starring women each added a certain quality to their roles. He praised Kareena for her intense curiosity in comprehending the director’s concept and Tabu for her seamless ability to internalise emotions. However, he saw Kriti’s attention to detail in character development and valued her methodical approach to her engineering background. He praised her commitment to fully comprehending her position.
Even though it is usual for a filmmaker to praise his ensemble, Kareena, Kriti, and Tabu’s relationship was clearly seen throughout the trailer release and other promotional events. Kareena and Kriti even attended Diljit Dosanjh’s live session last evening, which also included Rhea Kapoor. The celebs made sure to take a break from their hectic schedules and were in perfect harmony throughout the Instagram live.
