Gurinder Chadha and Harshdeep Kaur attend the London Hope Gala, which is hosted by Alia Bhatt

On Thursday, March 28, Alia Bhatt held the Hope Gala in London with the goal of collecting money for the Salaam Bombay charity, which supports impoverished youth in India. Director Gurinder Chadha, comedian Rohan Joshi, and singer Harshdeep Kaur were also present at the occasion.
To give Alia’s admirers a sneak peek at the gala, Mandarin Oriental posted a video on Instagram.

In the video, Alia wore two different outfits: a cream saree with embroidered lace for the gala and a maroon dress with diamante embellishments on the red carpet. Before giving a speech at the location, she posed for pictures with the attendees, piqueing fans’ interest in the topic of her event.
On Wednesday night, Alia was seen leaving for London at the airport, where she kindly snapped photographs with admirers. She smiled when one of the photographers called her “Vahini.” In a video that went viral on social media, Alia was seen running towards the airport gate with an enormous smile on her face as a photographer gave her a “Vahini (sister-in-law) namaskar.”
Rohan posted a photo of himself and Alia talking on stage on his Instagram stories. A video of Harshdeep’s performance was also posted by Gurinder on Instagram, with the caption, “Wonderful evening for @salaambombay charity @harshdeepkaurmusic #aaliabhatt.” One of Harshdeep’s popular songs is seen being performed in the video. Her statement under the director’s video said, “It was great to see you! Warm regards and a huge japanese. In a response, Salaam Bombay expressed gratitude for her support.
Alia just wrapped up shooting “Jigra,” in which she co-stars with Vedang Raina of The Archies Renown. To mark the end of the shoot, she shared unposed pictures of Vedang and her on Instagram. She debuted in Hollywood in the Gal Gadot film “Heart of Stone” in 2023. She will also be starring with Bobby Deol and Sharvari Wagh in a spy movie.
