In a five-year-old drunk driving case, Baazigar actor Dalip Tahil was sentenced to two months in prison

On Sunday, October 22, Bollywood actor Dalip Tahil, known for his parts in the movies Baazigar, Raja, Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Ghulam, Soldier, Gupt, and Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, was given a two-month jail term. The phrase refers to his drunk driving case from last year. The actor was charged in 2018 with drunk driving and colliding with an autorickshaw. Medical professionals have now testified in the case.

According to the information provided, the medical expert said that Dalip was drinking at the time of the occurrence. The scent of alcohol, dilated pupils, unsteady stride, and confused speech were among the symptoms stated in the evidence.

A magistrate’s court condemned the actor to two months in jail after the most recent evidence. The incident happened in Mumbai’s Khar neighborhood, and a lady riding in an automobile was hurt when Dalip’s car collided with it. The Mumbai Police then detained the actor, who was subsequently freed on bail.

According to a report by Dainik Bhaskar, the actor had declined to provide the police with blood samples at that time. The woman’s medical tests were done, nevertheless. The 65-year-old actor has now obtained this verdict five years later.
