It Was Hard to Film Udala’s Dancing Number, According to Actor Pruthvi Shamanur

The forthcoming film Udaala, directed by Amol Patil, is already attracting notice for Kannada actor Pruthvi Shamanur. Pruthvi had a unique experience when the movie was being filmed. He discussed it during an interview. He was required to perform for one of Udaala’s dance pieces at the Mahatma Gandhi Circle in Vijayapura, Karnataka. The difficult aspect of this filming was that Pruthvi had to perform alone since there was no backing cast to sing along with him at this spot.

When an autorickshaw driver urged Pruthvi to stop interfering with traffic and dance someplace else, the situation grew difficult for him. The actor recalled that everyone was staring at him strangely and making offensive remarks. Even though Pruthvi’s shoes were ripped, he managed to go on with the shot and continue dancing. His mother chastised him for getting injuries on his hands and legs, but the problems didn’t stop there.

Amol Patil is a former colleague of filmmaker Yogaraj Bhat, according to Cinema Express. With Udaala, Amol will make his feature film debut. The movie, which debuted on February 20, 2024, is described as a young drama with a mix of action, romance, and humor.

North Karnataka is the home state of Amol Patil, who wanted to use his experience as a director to create a picture that accurately reflects the state. He is making that dream come true with Udaala. The film is being produced by Ravi Shamanur and Yogaraj Bhat. Filming has started in Bengaluru, while the most of the scenes are primarily set in Vijayapura. The soundtrack for this movie was written by Chetan and Daavey, while Yogaraj Bhat wrote the words for six of the songs. The cinematography for this movie will be handled by Shivshankar Noorambada.

Pruthvi will portray a tour guide in Udaala, while Hrithika Shrinivas will play the female protagonist.
