On Gadar 2’s success, Sunny Deol says, “I’m not sure if I deserve it”

Ever since it debuted in theaters, Gadar 2 has stirred up a commotion. Anil Sharma’s skillful direction and Sunny Deol’s potent performance made the movie a huge commercial success. The actor is receiving accolades from all around the nation, but for Sunny Deol, the achievement is still incomprehensible. The actor will watch the most recent episode of Rajat Sharma’s well-known chat program Aap Ki Adalat. He was shown in one of the show’s trailers becoming emotional as he entered the stage, amid the applause and cheers of the crowd.

As per the show’s premise, Sunny Deol was introduced by Rajat Sharma in the trailer and invited to take a seat in the witness box. A raucous applause and cheers from the crowd welcome Sunny as soon as he appears. The performer was so moved by the audience’s reaction that he was unable to control his tears. When asked whether he deserved it or not, he said, “I’m not sure whether I do,” adding, “Jis tarah se ye log khush ho rahe hai jo maine kiya hai to yakeen nahi ho raha main iske layak hu ya nahi.”

In the other trailers, Sunny Deol displays his sense of humor and responds sarcastically to his fans’ inquiries. He may also be seen reciting one of his well-known quotes.

Along with being amazed by Sunny Deol’s compassionate disposition, his professional peers also praised him for how he approached his accomplishment. The star of Gadar 2, Ameesha Patel, called Sunny “the most humble superstar of our industry… and the whole nation loves him.” Bobby Deol, his brother, said, “Love You, bhaiya.” In his famous quote, Boney Kapoor said, “World will acknowledge that you are very sensitive because you are very good human.”

August 11 saw the release of Gadar 2 in theaters. In only 24 days, the movie had made more than 500 crore rupees. The popularity of the movie was recently recognized with a huge party. Industry giants like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan among others attended the occasion.

In the sequel to the 2001 film Gadar 2, Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel reprised their roles as Tara Singh and Sakeena. In the follow-up, Tara Singh travels to Pakistan in order to save his son Charanjeet (Utkarsh Sharma). Simrat Kaur, Luv Sinha, and Manish Wadhwa all have key parts in Gadar 2.
