According to Biden, Netanyahu, the Gaza hospital explosion seemed to be “done by the other team”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was informed on Wednesday by visiting US President Joe Biden that it looks that the fatal explosion of a hospital in Gaza City was “done by the other team.”

The bombing of the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital on Tuesday, according to the BBC, “deeply saddened and outraged” Biden, who arrived in Tel Aviv earlier in the day, marking an unusual wartime visit for the first time since Hamas started its surprise attack on October 7.

“From what I’ve seen, it looks like the other team, not you, was responsible. But there are many individuals who are unsure, therefore we have a lot of obstacles to overcome,” the President was reported as adding.

While Israeli authorities denied culpability and said the event was caused by a botched rocket fire by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Palestinian officials have accused Israel for the incident.

Furthermore, according to Biden, it is “not hyperbole” to claim that Hamas “slaughtered” 1,300 people, including 31 Americans.

“Evils, that, atrocities that make IS (Islamic State) look somewhat more rational,” the president said of the Palestinian terrorist organization.

Although he accepted Israel’s right to self-defense, he said that “we also have to bear in mind that a Hamas does not represent all the Palestinian people, and has brought them only suffering.”

Imagine what the kids hiding from Hamas were thinking, the President stated in reference to the captives that organization had captured. It eludes my understanding.

According to the BBC, he assured Netanyahu of the US’s continued support for Israel and said, “I’m looking forward to having a discussion about what happens from here.”

“I wanted to come here today for the straightforward reason that I want the Israeli people and the rest of the world to understand where the United States stands. Biden said, “I wanted to personally come and make it clear.

He calls the “courage, commitment, and bravery” of the Israeli people “stunning”. I am honored to be here.

To counter Hamas, the “civilized world must unite, just as it did to defeat the Islamic State (IS) terrorist group,” according to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

He said, “We will vanquish Hamas and eliminate this awful menace from our life.

The Prime Minister praised the President’s “deeply moving” visit despite the blazing violence, praising Biden as a “true friend” and praising his trip, the BBC said.

“When I say thank you, I know I speak for the people of Israel… To your credit, you’ve made a distinct distinction between the forces of civilization and those of barbarism.

According to the White House, Biden will speak with Israeli first responders, “the families of victims and people still missing or taken hostage” during his day-long visit.

Before leaving, he will also make a speech and meet with Israeli President Herzog.

In place of the conference that was supposed to take place in Jordan but was cancelled after the hospital explosion, Biden intends to talk with Egyptian President El-Sisi and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on his trip home.
