Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu told US President Biden during his visit to Tel Aviv that Hamas “makes ISIS look somewhat rational”

On Wednesday, US President Joe Biden arrived in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he spoke with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the current war between Israeli troops and Hamas. Biden said to Netanyahu at the press conference that the “evils” committed by the Palestinian terrorist group “made ISIS look somewhat rational.”

“On October 7, 1400 Israelis were killed by Hamas in a single day…Another day that will live in infamy is October 7. You correctly said, Mr. President, that Hamas is worse than ISIS. In reaction to the US President’s comments, Netanyahu declared that the civilized world must come together to combat Hamas.

In addition, Biden said that he accepted Israel’s explanation for the hospital attack in southern Gaza that resulted in the deaths of at least 500 Palestinians, including children. “I was really saddened by yesterday’s blast at the hospital in Gaza. It looks that the opposing team, not you, from what I can tell, did it. But I’m not sure how many individuals are out there,” he said.

The African Union, Hamas, and its supporters have accused Israel, which is presently carrying out airstrikes on the Palestinian terrorist group’s assets in Gaza, of being to fault for the incident. Israel has been charged of being behind the explosion that occurred at the Al Ahli Arab hospital on Tuesday by Iran, Turkey, and Qatar.

In an audio recording released by the Israel Defense Forces on Wednesday, two Hamas members are heard discussing how a failed rocket attack by another Palestinian militant group led to the explosion that destroyed the Al Ahli Arab hospital in southern Gaza, according to a translation provided by the Israeli military.

Additionally, Israel’s military claimed that overhead video evidence shot by Israeli Air Force assets revealed the Palestinian Islamic Jihad was responsible for the explosion in a post on social networking site X (previously Twitter).

“The Al Ahli hospital in Gaza City was struck by a botched rocket fire by the terrorist group Islamic Jihad. IAF video from the vicinity of the hospital before and after the terrorist group Islamic Jihad’s unsuccessful rocket launch,” the IDF said in an X post.
